Our story

Started for family. Grew because it's good.

A trailer, a pregnancy craving, and a lot of early mornings.

How it started

A craving that became a coffee trailer

Sukh Singh — chef, ex-Craggy Range, ex-Mister D — started making cinnamon scrolls to satisfy his wife Minnie's pregnancy cravings. It went further than either of them expected.

Zoyi is named after their daughter — itself a nod to morning prayer.

Where we are now

From a trailer to Manchester St

What began as a coffee trailer now trades from a fixed spot at 221–235 Manchester St — right opposite The Church Pub. Same scrolls, same 4am starts, just a proper roof over the espresso machine.

Baked fresh, every day

No frozen dough, no shortcuts. If it's in the case, it went in the oven that morning.

2

Small enough to care

One spot, one team. We're not trying to be a chain — we're trying to be good.

3

Real, not polished

What you see on Instagram is what you get in the car park. No filters on the flavour.
